no start spi

I have two problems. One of my skis will not start. Got them from storage put the batteries in and one didnt want to run. Swapped plugs it fired up fine. So went and bought new plugs for both, both fired fine and I thought I was good to go the one that wouldnt start first sounded a little funny...
