I bought a 2017 Sea-Doo GTR-X in California that has out of state tags from a repair shop. California DMV wants a "hang tag" for emissions certification. I called BRP and they said, "what is a hang tag?" Anyone ever had this issue with CA DMV? How did you take care of it?
