Definitely take care of the oil and filter as a step here.

How's your coolant and system? Makes me think it's low or malfunctioning.

2003 GTX 4TEC dead as door nail

Check out/replace your 30A relay in your fuse box. It should be the biggest thing in there.

2004 GTX Ski Pylon? Do I have a different setup

You use the metal hook, and don't worry, its stable enough.

2004 GTX 4-Tec adding solar or battery, 12v, USB, etc

Due to the complexity of the first 2 options, I definitely say go for the power bank and battery powered pump. You would probably be taking up less space in your storage compartment too.

I agree with the above. There's no chance it was drain plugs.

    Dead in the water

Thanks for your reply. I'm hoping it's just a fluke, of course. It has been fine since then, and I've been checking it in the driveway.

    Dead in the water

I believe it is DESS. I always disconnect the key when I shut down out of habit, especially since that usually means I'm jumping off. When I start up, its button press to turn on the console, connect key and get the beeps, push to start. In this instance, my first button press attempts did not...

    Dead in the water

I had an interesting scenario crop up this past weekend, and I'm unsure if something is wrong, or if it was a fluke. The ski: 2012 GTX 155 22 Hours No known issues, professionally maintained, have maint records, etc, but I just got it early this summer. The story: I shut the ski down, and...

    not getting full speed

Did the dealer even take a look at it? You should be under warranty, and spent a lot of money with them. I'd hope they'd give better service.

Methanol | How much is too much?

Can't you just pump out the gas and then refill? This way seems crazy tbh

Water coming out of hose connector after flushing

I think you should shut the water off first, kill the engine, then disconnect the hose. I'm really not sure if that will make a difference, but that's the way my manual describes it. Some water comes out of mine doing it this way, but the way you describe it seems like more. Is some water coming...

Water coming out of hose connector after flushing

Are you saying that once you complete the flush, meaning start the engine, start the hose, kill the hose, kill the engine, disconnect the hose that some water continues to spill out? Or is water shooting out the flush port while you are trying to flush?

    Water in the foot wells

I use the same hose for washing, flushing, and then as a siphon for the footwells. Does a decent enough job that I can just get the rest with a small towel.
