Are you concerned about leaks at all of mounting this in the engine area? I'm just nervous that fuel can leak onto the battery and cause fire. The T-fitting I have installed has 1/4" barbs, but the fuel line is 3/8". Will this restrict flow and affect performance?

How has the HFP-342DI performed and how many hours do you have on it now? Would you get the 342DI or 500DI?

Can you provide update of how many hours you've gotten on the HFP 500di? I'm fenced between getting the HFP 500di or 342di.

I need to replace the fuel pump on my 06 Sea Doo RXT. I'm on the fence about either buying the HFP-342DI-X or HFP-500DI-X. Seems like the HFP-342DI-X is tried and true but the HFP-500DI-X is closer to OEM design. Have you had a chance to test one out and which one would you buy?

Ski starts up and idle fine. But if I rid it and rev past 3800 rpm, engine shuts off and will not start again. Wait 2 hours and it starts right up. I replaced the spark plugs, battery, and sucked out old gas. Added new premium gas with Seafoam cleaner but no bueno. If I let it idle for 10 mins...
