FOR SALE 2010 Challenger 210 SE

This is a bittersweet post. After 6 great years, we are selling our 2010 Challenger 210 SE in order to move up to a boat we can do overnight cruising on. She has been a wonderful boat for us. We purchased the boat in 2014 with 27 hours on the engines from a couple that was getting transferred to...

    Vibration getting up to speed

Yep. Used a long pry bar. 1 piece was on each blade, only seen from under the boat.

    Vibration getting up to speed

If you have violent shaking, it is almost always something in the pump. You can accelerate with one engine running to see which engine it is. These 3 little bits of wood will bring your boat to a standstill.

    2010 Challenger 210 Bilge Pump

I would pull the drain plug, and spray a strong stream of water through it into the boat. You can see the bilge pump through the drain plug. That will hopefully dislodge the debris. The rinse the bilge put well to get any debris out of the bilge. I always leave the drain plug out unless the...

    2012 210 Challenger Audio Upgrade !

There is plenty of easy access right there. Just make sure the seats can clear the speaker grill.

perhaps a dumb question about towing a 2005 Sea Doo Sportster.

Your exhaust manifold and muffler are still cooled with raw water. The water is scavenged from the jet pump pressure while underway/idling. When you are being towed, this same pressure will build in the jet pump nozzle above about 8-10 mph. The hose you need to clamp off the one coming from...

    Warm start problem - Resolved

How long are you running the blower before the warm start? Might be really hot air in the engine compartment.

    Seadoo LRV? What is it?

Legally sears 4 people. Very stable on the water. Big. TONS of storage. Room for skis on both sides of the rear flip-up sun pad. Made from about 1999 to 2003-4. Great for me, wife, and two small kids to get the jet ski experience back in the day. I’ll try to find some pics.

2010 Sea-Doo 210 Challenger - In search of new upholstered seat covers.

I spent last winter carefully removing the upholstery from the 17 cushions on my challenger 210. Thousands of staples removed one by one. I did one or two each day after work. I gave the pieces to a seamstress at a local furniture shop. She used the existing pieces to pattern and sew new...

    Plastic Exhaust Resonator

I’m not sure how it could happen without someone ignoring warnings. The exhaust temperature is monitored, and will alarm well before the temps can affect the resonator.

2005 sea doo sportster 155- antifreeze in exhaust is it necessary?

If I was in Chicago, I would flood the exhaust with antifreeze. I’m in North Carolina, where we rarely have a 48 hour period below freezing, so I just blow the exhaust out with compressed air.

    Battery charger?

If you just want to monitor the battery voltage, you can install one of these. I replaced my 12V socket with one like this. A little hard to read in direct sunlight, but gives me a digital readout of the current voltage. Waterproof Dual USB Charger Socket Power Outlet 2.1A & 2.1A (4.2A) with...
