I was just recently looking at one of those Hurricanes to purchase and try out, since I already have an HX .But bailed and decided to buy another HX do the 787 conversion.

Thanks for adding this.. I like reading these unique pieces on the HX. not sure if that's a 96 or a 97 but 95 def didn't come with that one gas/oil gauge.

FYI, the guy in the purple Slippery When Wet gear is Dan Fitzgerald who is the owner of Jet World Powersports the Seadoo dealer in Castaic CA and an old time IJSBA racer.

The fuel baffle is from a 95 GTS or GTX (see below for more skis) for the HX with the fuel sender wires. I believe the fuel baffle from the 97 XP is 2" too long. I was going to get one from OCOD for my HX so I could add the multi-funtion gauge but turn out to be too long. I have the multi function gauge and the VTS gauge in my HX, both of which I should really wire in with the oil level sensor too.
