XP650 do they have actual valve, or rave valves?

My seadoo don't perform well on top speeds. Actually only revs up to 4000 on water ,and as I read that forum I think it may be worth to clean them (if they actually exist on my pw lol)
Carbs cleaned, fuel pipes replaced etc...
Any ideas?

not on ur ski, stud...only the 787/951 motors...might wanna re-check ur lsa/hsa settings.
