Simple... do you know where you hook up a waterhose to flush the cooling system on yours? There's either a port on 1 of the hoses in the back of the engine compartment, or there is a port on the jetpump you can screw a waterhose onto (I prefer this way!). Note: I believe if you use that port on the hose inside the engine compartment that you also have to pinch close a hose somewhere... check your owners manual to be sure on the flushing procedure for your watercraft please!).
Just locate the flushing procedure section in your owners manual and that will tell you were and how to plug into the cooling system to flush it, then use a bilge pump to pump antifreeze thru the system instead of tap water. Simple!
Take a cheap Walmart bilge pump, put a 6 foot section of waterhose onto it and attach the hose to your flush port, then submerge the bilge pump in pre-diluted anti-freeze and "flush" the Seadoo's system with pre-diluted antifreeze! This way you're pushing all the freshwater/seawater out and pushing antifreeze in everywhere it needs to be, intercooler or no intercooler!
Just remember to start engine before activating bilge-pump, and then de-activate bilge pump before shutting off engine! You don't want to be pumping fluids in without the engine running as it WILL flood the cyclinders with fluid (eeek!). Also don't run out of antifreeze, as running the engine for more than 10 seconds without fluids going thru the cooling system can damage the exhaust system!!!
About a gallon of pre-diluted antifreeze should do the job. When antifreeze colored water starts coming out the exhaust and other jetpump orifaces, you'll know you're done with that!
Be sure to fog the engine too with fogging oil! You can be spraying fogging oil into the carb while the engine is running and being flushed with the antifreeze (just keep an eye on the antifreeze level your bilge pump is running in, so as not to run out!). When good smoke is coming out exhaust, you can stop spraying the oil.
Let the engine cool a bit, then pull your spark plugs and spray more fogging oil into each cyclinder directly. Put plugs back in, fully depress the throttle (prevents the engine from starting) and crank engine a few seconds to distribute the oil around in the cylinders, then pull the battery out and store everything till spring.
ps. You should also use an antifreeze tester (check your local auto parts) to check the freezing point of your engine's coolant. The flushing procedure only flushes the intercooler (if you have one) and exhaust cooling system and asociated lines! If your engine's antifreeze is more than 2 years old you may need to drain and refill it!
