wear rings locked

I have the plastic/composite housings and these wear rings dont seem to want to come out. The fiberglass inserts of the wear ring are either locked or glued to the housing it seems.
I tried a saber saw like Doc recommends in his how too on this forum & fallowed it to the letter...but these SOB's wont budge at all. I'm litterally in a jam here. Any prying on the housing will white stress them so I cant do it and cause further damage.
So am I screwed & have to get new/used housings or what? I'm down to chipping at these things with a wood chissle to remove them. The rubber is no problem the fiberglass part wont break free.
Any help really appreciated!!!

try two cuts..It will come out.

We did. 60 & 90 degrees apart. same thing...

try prying two screwdrivers to get some leverage. One b/w outside edge of pump and WR and other where parallel cut is.
Outside pump should be okay
