99 GSX Limited. I have water shooting out of the top of the cylinder. I am guessing it's a eroded water jacket. Can the head be welded? Or just replace?

May need more data to make good suggestion -

When did you notice water in the cylinder? Did the engine flood while on the hose? Could be a broken seal on the water jacket; if so replace would be better choice than repair.

Water is not in the cylinder, The engine runs good 125-130 compression. Water is coming out from the top of the head on the PTO side just behind the sparkplug. I was checking the sparkplugs and decided to run it , when I turned on the water it was shooting from the top of the head. There is a pin hole looks like the water jacket.

Send a picture of it as it is leaking. If it corroded enough to leak then I would be concerned about other areas leaking in the future.
