Water Outlet Pipes on Jet Pump

Hi Everyone, As I continue to revive my (new to me) 1997 Challenger 800, I have found another missing part and wondering what it does. I noticed the water outlet pipes that sit on top of the jet are missing. It is Part # 11 in the diagram. Seadoo Part # 271000366. I can see they connect to the venturi, but what about the end that attaches just above the neoprene seal... is that just a deadend?

Those go into the hull and are the bilge pumps that work on the vacuum caused by the pump.
I am not sure if they are used on the boats or not since they have electric bilge pumps.

OK thanks, that makes sense as It does not look they ever went through the hull or connected anywhere.

You jet boat does not have siphon drains. You have a rule bilge pump. So, they're not missing.
