Water in engine

I have a 1992 Bombardier that sat for a week with water in the engine. Yesterday I removed the spark plugs and crankcase plugs and used compressed air to blow out all the water. Now what?
Oh yeah, those plugs were a bear to remove ... any tricks for getting them back in?

hope you put oil in the enginge cylinders after you drained it and pulled plugs.
