Warning buzzer

Can someone post a troubleshooting paper on a warning buzzer on an 07 rxt I have power on the purple wire but no ground on the tan I can hook cando up and test but no ground on tan wire coming from ecm tested wire and is good

I just checked some more stuff and it's had the ecm changed and they put a 664946 ecm that is not what the parts book call for the ski was blown motor when I bought it it starts now and runs fine just no buzzer

looking for a 420665785 2007 rxt ecm, also have a 420664946 2006 rxp ecm for sale

Ever get your ski sorted out & find the correct ECU? the 2007 has a few wires that are different in the connection to the ECU from the 2006. I've been studying them & one of those wires appears to be the buzzer.

I might be interested in the 4946 if you still have it, I'll send you a PM.

The 2006 used a mpem and ecm I still have the ecm

For sure some changes over a couple of years. most notably from 05-07 the Tops & buzzer wiring. It would seem a lot of the MPEM wiring is just fused pass though, so some sensors that are plugged into the MPEM are really passed through into the ECU. Interestingly the 06 & few years up use the same base or "blank" ecu part number so the flash is most likely the difference. Also the pins used on the ECU connector change. I would love to have a schematic of the MPEM on the 4tec ski's. Pretty interesting. Been a pain getting my 2006 RXT figured out. I bought it in pieces & parts where swapped from other machines. But not in a good way. bad parts swapped in. & good parts taken. one part was the ECU. mine came with a 2008 255 ECU, but its was DOA.
