This may be a very ignorant question. I took the seadoo out over the weekend after replacing the VTS button. When pushing the throttle the bow goes up and takes a few seconds to return down and to go full speed in the water. At that point, should I be pressing the vts up or down? Should this be how the weight is leveled too if you have a 2nd passenger? Also, when releasing the throttle and the seadoo begins to slow does to idle water rushes inward almost making it feel like it will flip. Is that normal for you guys?

Your trim only makes minor adjustments. Any ski or boat coming up to speed has the bow rise to get up on top of the water. You don’t adjust the trim just to take off or slow down.

With two passengers you would want to trim down to get the bow down and riding more level.

Is there a way that you know you have pressed down on the trim to much when trying to level the bow?

Nope, just play with it and you will feel the difference. You can't hurt anything by messing with it.
99.9% of the time I have mine set in the middle, .75% of the time I trim it up when jumping wakes, .25% of the time I trim it down to rip around buoys or when I have a passenger on the back.
