I'm looking at buying a couple of seadoo but they have no papers. My last Seadoo that I bought had no papers but it was from someone very reputable and there was no problem changing it over. This time I'm looking at some from someone that I don't know. Is there any way to check VIN numbers to see if PWC are stolen (eg. Service Canada)? Nothing gives me the idea that they are but I just want to protect myself and I would never want to buy anything that was stolen.
