Using octane boost for 2018 1630 Rotax engines

I tried searching this question, but got mixed answers. So I ask the forum experts; I have a 2018 RXT-X 300. The owners manual says "91 or higher" octane in North America. I want the option of fueling up on the water, but my local marina only sells 89. Is it safe for the engine to use octane booster in the 89 fuel? Thanks.

I fill both our '19 and'18 RXTX with 93 than if I need to add fuel at the marina I feel it should still be close to 91. Also we just bought two Link fuel caddies...

The highest we can find here in Canada is 94 but only a few gas stations have it (Petro-Canada).
