Depending on the size of the existing bore you don't need sleeves. You only need to have them bored to the next oversize.
If they are damaged beyond repair then you will need sleeves or just a good set of used cylinders. Fullbore can resleeve them though.

Careful on sending your stuff to Full Bore....their website says a 10 business day turnaround on a cylinder bore job and I have been waiting 40 days so far with no answers to emails. I would try other places first.

I know that I definitely need new sleeves. Is it hard to install new ones? I didn't think it looked too bad but I'm not sure

Looks pretty normal for worn cylinders to me.

I think you might be incorrect on your terminology....

The sleeve is the actual cast iron piece that is installed in the aluminum cylinder housing. To replace them you need a lot of heat, a press and previous experience to do them.

What most people do is to have the stock ones bored to the next oversize to clean them up and install fitted new pistons. Typically the largest you can go is 1 mm over then the sleeve gets too thin and you need to either have an expert like Full Bore install new sleeves bringing the bore back to stock size or just get a set of good used cylinders to have bored to the first oversize.

You probably need to have your cylinders bored and not actually new sleeves.
