96 GTI 140 compression gone thru and replaced just about everything. Engine not rebuilt. Ran about 1/2 hour and lost power. This is an ongoing issue. All the electric/electronics new except stator. New fuel lines plugs carb rebuild. Attached is plugs after about 1/2 hour. Good quality NGK racing plugs this time around. Swapped plugs and it was fine again.

Go to O'rilley and ask for NGK 3961 they are always in-stock and $2.99.
It is the BR8ES with solid top electrode that you want.

Thank you for that info, I will check AutoZone or Advanced Auto parts. No O’Riley around here. My local power sport dealer charged me like $10 or $12 ea for those racing plugs. I think my issue is fuel delivery, we pretty much changed everything electrical. I think I am just going to order a new fuel selector and swap out to clear-ish lines so I can see what is going on. Had the tank out in October when we bought it because the neck on the tank for the fuel sending unit was 3/4 cracked off. Tank and pickup were cleaned spotless before reinstalling. JB Weld plastic bonder worked a miracle on that. Are all the fuel lines 1/4”? If memory serves me I think we had a heck of a time trying to make 1/4” fit some of the barbs. 2 weeks ago it ran great for like 2 hours on a big lake then I had to tow it 15 miles, this week 20-30 minutes and it craps out. Seems like we are losing ground. Engine feels warm at best when it dies. Multifunction gauge is toast. Trying to rule out getting hot. We bought it cheap so had some play room for repairs but now it is adding up. Was told there were no issues! Yeah right…….

All your hoses are 1/4".
Have seadoo run your VIN as there was an open safety recall on the gas tanks that never expires. You might get a free new tank.
