Towing 2004 GTX limited 215hp

I am looking at a 2004 GTX limited PWC. I believe it has the closed loop cooling system (can anyone confirm?). If it has the closed loop system, what needs to happen before I tow the ski behind my 27ft Express Cruiser? I will probably just tow it from the marina 10 miles or so at sub plane speeds to our favorite cove.

Any thoughts?

It should be closed cooling (you will see anti-freeze overflow tank).
If towing above 10 mph, you have to pinch the exhaust cooling intake line or you will fill the engine with water. The hose goes from back of ski to the front of manifold & should have a red band on it. On my ski, the hose is on the bottom of hull & runs on the left side of the pump shaft & the red band is located under the black air intake that goes towards the rear of ski. (2006 GTX)
