Having a issue with 03 seafood Gtx SC TOPS solenoid.Tops solenoid won't clunk when installed dess key but it sends 12 vts to the solenoid from the mpem harness side.Harness has been check from solenoid to the mpem and ecm and it has continuity.The solenoid ohms out fine right between the 1.27 and 2.47ohms.If I manually ground the wire going from the solenoid to the ecm it clunks perfect.My understand is the ecm controls the grounds?It almost as if the ecm won't ground the circuit.
