How do you winterize your skis? If I follow your lead mine should never have trouble here in South Louisiana

How do you winterize your skis? If I follow your lead mine should never have trouble here in South Louisiana

1 - dump some fuel stabilizer in the tank.

2 - go for the last ride to get the stabilizer through the whole system.

3 - find the main water inlet line from the jet pump, unhook it, lift the end up high, stick a funnel in the end, start the engine and dump a gallon of rv antifreeze into the funnel until you see pink falling out the exhaust and pee line.

4 - hook the water line back up.

6 - pull the intake shell off, start the motor and shoot a good amount of fogging oil in each cylinder.

7 - pull the battery out and charge it once a month, 2amps for 10 hours.

8 - stick the machine outside.

The machine is good to sit for the winter. Mine have hibernated at colder than -50F and still start right up in the spring.

9 - buy a plane ticket to Maui.

10 - go to Lahaina and find the guy sitting on the beach under a big yellow umbrella.

11 - give the guy $100 and rent one of his skis.

12 - enjoy riding in WARM water for the first time in your life.

Dude you got the best freakin winterize plan I even heard about !!! I'm gonna post some of your pictures on my Facebook group. Sissies around here are just starting to ride and air temp is 70+ degees Water temp probably close to that.
