While parking the car at the boat ramp today, a floating dock revealed a hidden piece of metal in a very nasty way. This damage is on the forward right of the craft. Is this a gel-coat repair or something different? Any advice on the repair of this little incident would be appreciated. Pictures attached:

A gel-coat repair kit will fix you right up... that's pretty small (though I understand it irks you to no end, I'd feel the same way!). You can do this repair yourself or have it done at most boat repair shops.

You can get the gel-coat repair kit already color blended to match exactly at: http://www.gelcoat.ca/index.php?p=catalog&parent=2&pg=1

It includes pretty good instructions.

I just Used a repair kit made from evercoat, cant even tell. I bought a kit with a bunch of colors, it has a sheet that has a guideline to matching the color.
