Always a good idea to rebuild 2-stroke carbs with unknown service history. Same thing applies, the grey Tempo lines are bad news. If the Force is running properly, it likely will be fine. Those carbs are made of Zamac alloy, much better than the aluminum Mikuni's thus don't experience the corrosion issues.
But if they have not been rebuilt in a few seasons, I recommend going through them for a good cleaning if for no other reason than peace of mind, it's cheap insurance considering the Force wil be damaged if one is partially clogged.
I have a warm spot in my heart for those motors BTW, I just like working on them. Last summer one came in where the stator magnet attached to the inside of the flywheel had come loose and wasn't spinning with the flywheel, it was stuck (by magnetic force) to the stator. With the magnet at the correct position and some epoxy to hold it in place, it was an easy fix. Getting the flywheel off was tougher than most.
