Sunken GTI SE 155 in SALTWATER

At no fault of mine (drain plugs were in), somehow my 2018 GTI sank overnight 3 times at my dock on the ICW before SeaTow could get it to the marina. Before it reached my dealer it essentially was in the SALTWATER for 14+ hours. I'm not mechanical at all and this seems like it will forever be a problem if Progressive doesn't total this for me. Thoughts?? We still don't know why it sank.

Thoughts, advice??

In engine compartment back right hand side
They should right it off
