I am looking for someone that works on them to give me the steps they do to replace motor up to delivery to customer
Parts I replaced
Motor sbt
Starter
Stator
Carbs rebuilt
Fule lines replaced
Battery replaced
Motor mount
Steering cable

I'm not sure of how much of that you can find in the service manual but you can add "cleaning the bilge" to your list.

Motor alignment step is muy importante.

Normally I don't replace the steering cable unless there's a reason or the customer requests it.

Motor mounts are probably a good idea in some cases like Seadoo but unnecessary for most boats. A must if broken, obviously.
