Yesterday I spent about 3 hours unbolting ALL of the seats so I can take then to get reuhpolstered. I can promise you I will not be reinstalling the 2 bolts that are on the 3 seater seat! Wow who the hell designed that! After I got the seats out it wasnt shortly after my arms which were all scratched up started to itch really bad, and I had a date/fashion show thing to go to with my gf. So I had to put on a long sleeve shirt. Turns out I have a s*** ton of fiber shavings all in my arm! Ugh last night was horrible! Anyways now that the fun part of the seats are out of the way I am waiting for my 2 wear rings to arrive. I have been reading up on here about how to do it and what to do and not to do. But is there a step by step proceedure that someone has made to do this so I don't forget anything? I was also wondering if there is silicone around the entire housing thats mounted to the boat? And if thats something I need to re-apply when reinstalling these back in. I mean it doesnt look all that hard to do I just want to make sure I do this right because I have read that some people have pinched some things and have impellers that are rubbing now. Any info would be greatly appreciated!
