Slow 1996 seadoo xp 800

Brought my 96 xp800 at the lake today. Was running great and I decided to do a full speed test. Only to find out I got 54 mph. Is there anything I can do that will change it because it is a modded ski with 160 psi in each head

My 97xp with 787 will do 54mph top speed and I think that is normal. New prop and wear ring 150 psi in each cylinder.

The 97 xp has a completely different hull
