Not sure if this is the area to post this but I need some input from older XP drivers. I have a 93 and 94 Xp. Both have aftermarket intake grates and the 94 has an aftermarket exhaust water box. Other than that they are bone stock, faded, chipped up, scratched work horses on the lake and we love them.
My question is sharp turns....my 94 will bite just as hard as you can take it and will pitch you off in a second if you aren't ready and have good throttle in it on the turn.
The 93 enters the turn completely different almost like the nose doesn't want to grab crisply but when it finally does it will do a flat spin on top of the water. Just like a spin out on top of the water is how I describe it.
I have tried adjusting the trim and it is a touch better with the nozzle down some but still does it pretty easily.
The only ski difference I see is the sponsons are quite different between the two with the 94 being wider and cupped. I have no idea if this makes a difference or if the 93's just did this or what.
We are new to the seadoo's so we are no experts. We have about 10 hrs ride time on each this summer but the kids complain of the turning differences not just me......but I'm the one it always flat spins on.
Sorry for the long post but is this riding technique or what?

Oh, almost forgot, the 93 is down on power just a bit but does run real well. Not sure if this is an issue entering the turn and staying hooked as much as it could be exiting.

Thanks for any and all input from old X4 hull riders!!
