Hello Everyone! Im a new owner of a pretty mint 97 GTX with the 787, and im trying to replace the oil lines since they're factory, and I need some advice... First and second of all, I just want to say thank you all for all the very useful information on this forum.... and I know that oil lines have been discussed several times so I apologize for bringing it up again! I just have two questions really, do I need to use genuine Tygon line for all of them? I am going to use it for the injection lines as they are the most crucial, and I WOULD like to use it everywhere else, but finding the larger sizes seems to be an issue... I can get everything from Unite States Plastic Corp... but they have a 10 ft min and I dont really want to spend like $150 before shipping just for the couple feet of each size i need. I see that I can get some Tygon from OSD Marine, but I think the only actual Tygon they sell is the injection lines, and the rest is just labeled as "Better than OEM". Is OSD Marines "Better than OEM" Line on par with Tygon and I should just get that for the rotary valve and filter lines? Please let me know what you guys think, just trying to play it safe and not blow any engines... Much appreciated!
P.S. If you know of any place I can get all the sizes of Tygon without breaking the bank I would appreciate that too! Thanks.
