Yes it can. Don't connect the gauge to the red wire side of the Enhanser because it has power all the time. Connect the gauge power to the purple wires. They only have 12v when the DESS key is on the DESS post.
The power is purple and the ground is black. If you have two of each that's so one gauge can feed power to the other. The fuel sending wires are pink and pink/black. The oil LED light is turned off by connecting the blue and the blue/black that used to go to the oil tank sending unit(unless your tank is still there).

Tie the low volt gauge wire into a power wire and then it will signal when/if there is low voltage.
The temp sensor wire is tan. On an Enhanser setup there is no beeper but there is a mode that kicks in a rev limiter(limp mode) if the sending unit is throwing a signal to beep. You get to set what rev limit the engine is cut to when hot. This is also called "holeshot" feature because racers will keep the throttle pinned on the start line but hold a button at the pre-set rev limit while holders have the pump lifted out of the water.
