Its a great way to increase the power of your machine with no modifications. You can seamlessly go back and forth on the tune as well. 60hp 90hp or the 109hp set up. All you need is a laptop. We have it here:

I've seen that and then there was an extra price on other packages I seen that included licenses I think but wasent sure why that was needed

The map tuner is just that.. a piece of equipment that allows you to tune your ski. But you need to purchase a tuning credit which ties to your HIN and will be attached to that ski forever.

We also have a package deal on purchasing the tune and tuner at the same time which saves a few bucks.

No, you need a laptop to connect the map tuner to. You need the map tuner regardless.

You need it all and its expensive but cheaper then buying a new ski or actual aftermarket parts
