Seadoo hx pump ring came apart questions

Recently got my seadoo hx back running again after sitting for 6 years so Im assuming it got brittle over time and came apart first time I rode it, but after I took it apart I noticed some damage in the pump shoe area. I’m just wondering if some kind of debris went through it or something else is going on, thoughts are appreciated. thanks

From what I can see it looks pretty normal. A new wear ring and hit the impeller with a file and you’ll be back in business.

On a side note if it’s been sitting for 6 years you really should rebuild the carbs with Genuine Mikuni kits and service the fuel system.

I made sure to replace the fuel lines and clean out the fuel selector. Where is a good place to get the kits?
