Seadoo gsx trouble

I have a 97 seadoo gsx that I did a a jet pump rebuild on, now when. I start it an give it gas it’s sending water back into the inside of the ski. Has anyone ever encountered this before or know what I could of done wrong?

Can you tell where the water is coming from? My first guess would be the two lines that attach to the top side of the pump right inside the hull...
