I am wondering if anyone has experience with this motor - troubleshooting an issue at anything over 4800rpms up to wide open , after a minute or so it will die off completely - not stall but die right off - and then an overheat light will also come on very inconsistently while running under 4Krpm-
It’s almost like it’s running out of fuel from the lift pump- or rev limiter issue but we’ve unplugged the limiter and still does it -
we’ve had a fuel pressure gauge on it - and it never goes below 31psi- even when it dies off -
It has a new lift pump, new high pressure and low pressure pump, new trigger assembly, new plugs, It’s is killing us trying to figure out the issue and no one around here knows this motor at all.
