Ok I am now the not so proud owner of 1997 Challenger, I bouth it right I hope but now my port engine will not run, I pulled the plugs and the thing is about full of oil? Anybody got a good point to start looking for the colprit?
Thanks!

Ive posted a few threads over the past month or so due to an engine that 1st didnt start then 2nd didnt excel past 4k rpms. I have the same boat as you. By reading through the threads I posted theres alot of info on what I did. Also other people responded with good tips along the way.

Yep, bad inner seals,

You may get away with getting all the oil out (use starter and rags to cover the spark plug holes) depends on how bad the seals are leaking. If the boat has been sitting for awhile it maybe a slow leak, you'll know once you get all the oil out and it started, then either wait a few days and see if the oil returns and/or do a leak down test to verify...
