my carbs blow off on the needle seats are 55 . it is higher than supposed to be . what does that effect? my takeoff? need the simple answer not the engineering answer. also i noticed the 95 xp blowoff was up to 56psi so can i jet the carbs the same as a 95 considering everything is the same. same engine and same carbs

You probably used the springs in the kit? Reuse the stock springs. Too high pop off will cause issues.

That is not the correct way to fix it and you risk damaging the engine if it runs lean.
You can't bend the lever much at all before it will cause problems.

OSD seadoo and Minnetonka4me here both sell the correct 80 gram springs.

You have something else wrong.
With 80 gram springs, the correct arm position and 1.5 needle and seats it will pop off within the correct range every time. If it doesn't one of those three have something wrong.
Don't start changing spring weight.
