I have a 94 seadoo xp. How do I tell if it is a 657x or a 657?
Next question, I recently rebuilt the top end on this thing and I had to replace the rotary valve. Now the new valve is slightly different. I asked the seadoo parts people and they said its the one listed for this machine. So I put it together and it ran ok, a lil sluggish off the line but not bad. It ran for a few runs then I went to start it and the crank case was filled with oil. Why would this happen? Could there have been some crap in the oil resevoir that couldve gotten into the pump an caused it to syphon from the resevoir? Or is it more likely that im going to have to do the crank now?
