Rookie question

Just got my 23 GTR 230, and this is more of a curiosity question what is the water that comes out of the back while riding out of that little port? It’s a steady flow. Don’t recall my GTI having it

It is the vent from the Intercooler. The vent prevents an air bubble from forming in the top of the IC, reducing the efficiency. Old models did not have them.

When my IC failed on my Speedster, I replaced it with the new 300 IC model, which has the vent. I didn't want to drill a hole in the hull so I ran the vent hose up and out the hatch.
