when I had my machine running last it would cut out at around 45 mph and seem as though it was starved for gas. if I slowed down or messed with the choke it would take off again but never went faster than that. I have done alot of work on this machine, changed the gas lines and cleaned all the filters. not sure where to go from here. thanks for any help you can offer.

Fuel selector valve...bypass it and see what you have.
Check the O ring on the inline filter. you would be suprised how something like that will cause headaches.

I just repaired a friends ski with a new selector valve after he had thoroughly cleaned the old one. Runs like a top now!!

I have went through the carbs and cleaned them and all the filters as well as replaced the o-ring and cleaned the selector valve.

you replace the springs inside the carbs, at time of rebuild?...if so, find the ones that were in there, and re-install them.
