RESTO Replacement part

Can anyone tell me what this is called? Both it’s dry rotted on both of my skis and I want to replace them. I’m pretty sure it’s a vent to the gas tank. Thanks

Yes it is a vent. @Minnetonka4me had them reproduced and sells them new.
