remove connecting rods from crank

Hi, I have a 93 seadoo xp with the 657 engine and i am in the process of rebuilding it. i just wanted to know if it is possible to remove the connecting rod from the crank and if so, how? and also how do you remove the bearings from each end of the crank?

Unless you are an avid Seadoo engine builder, I suggest you buy a new crank from
a reputable seller, like SBT. I have personally visited their facility and it is Second
to none other and they have State of the art machinery & technicians.
