Reapplying loose decals

I have a 1994 SP and some of the decals are coming loose from the hull.. Any recommendations for adhesives or glue to stick them back down?

the 3M adhesive backing is great stuff very tacky but once dry it works well. just make sure the area is very clean and tape off everything in the area you don't want sprayed as it has a wide pattern
