i just clean my rave vavles. Just a little dirty. I put i back together and ran it with the black caps off. They did'nt seam to move just stayed up. I replace the bellows and orings. I think that maybe the accuator is not working. They should be depressed when at low rpm and up when high rpm right? Is there a way to test the accuator? Or what else should i look for. Thanks
