Rave Valve Adjustment

What are they symptoms of an incorrectly adjusted Rave Valve???

Not much to adjust really,,,.(unless you are racing closed course at havasu),,,have the red cap level with the top,,,,and you should be fine,,,if they are stuck closed,,,it will be good out of the hole,,but be slow to top end,,,if stuck open,,,will be slug out of the hole,,,but allow you to full rpms.,,
