Random hose laying in bottom

I found a rubber hose laying in bottom of my 95 gtx not sure were it was supposed to be it goes to rear of ski on it's own elbow and is pretty long. I circled the end that is still connected. any help would be great or pics of were it goes I tried to use the manual but no luck

Battery vent line.

If you have a sealed battery you do not use it. Wrap it up and leave it hanging out of the way somewhere. If you have a flooded battery then run it up to the vent on the battery and hook it up.
