Pee hole

Hi all, new here and just got my first sea doo. 2002 GTI LE.
My question is I only have water coming out of the left side, nothing from the right side. I understand water should come from both sides. Where does the tube go from the right side. Also there are two holes on the right side and only one on the left. What is the other hole for? another thing I noticed is a small tube that just sits at the bottom of the engine compartment. Is that supposed to be connected somewhere?

Theres a lot of lines in a PWC. Hard to guess at what they are.

Follow the lines from where they go through the hull in the back of the machine and see where they end up.

I think the hose at the bottom is the battery vent. Can anyone answer: is water only supposed to come out one side in the front, or both?
