Oil Pump Adjustment

Hey Guys,

I was told to double check the adjustment of my oil pump since I did a motor this winter. I pulled out the shop manual, and see how it's supposed to work. The problem, is that I don't see any mark where the mark on the lever arm is supposed to line up to... Can anyone help me out here? I'd like to make sure it's adjusted, but don't know where to adjust it to.

The flat top motors oil pump is nearly impossible to see but the marks are there, get some mirrors from your girlfreinds purse and hold a light in another mirror while you study the pump - once you find them you may want to dab some nail polish next to the lines.
