Oil or fuel leak?

Finding a yellow brown oil mixture draining from Hull. Had a oil tank leak which has been fixed. Possible sources of this new leak?

Did you replace the tank with a new one? It's difficult to repair the seams of that tank.

Thanks for the reply, yes I replaced the tank with a new one. The color of the oil is what has me puzzled because it is not red , it is thicker consistency and more yellow?

Really strange, it should be more red with the red oil.
