Oil Line Location?

Have a 1999 gtx limited wiCa someone tell me where the i believe to be oil line goes from the portside inside wall which must be some kind of breather to what location?

The 12mm ID oil return line runs from the lower port side engine fitting to the top fitting of the oil tank.

That line is installed to those locations. This is a much smaller line literally coming out of the inside port side wall. I am looking for it in parts and still cant id it.

Could be the battery vent hose.
