I just rebuilt my carbs and put them back on the ski and now I'm not getting gas to the carbs. I don't know whats going on. Should I have put oil on the diaphragms and gaskets when installing them? I need help!!!! Thanks in advance.

one time last year my wife left on her ski 5 minutes before me. we live on a channel, no wakezone, I start out, turn the corner and my wife is sitting on her ski 50 yards up the channel, with a neighbor guy in the water pulling her back to the house with a rope. She said it just died. I was having lots of battery problems so right away figure the battery. I take the rope from the guy and tow her back to our dock. I get on her ski and look down and the fuel is shut off....

Yes sir!!! Anthe fuel lines are connected properly battery is hooked up right and charged. Spark plugs are in. Still no fuel going through the carbs.

Either a carb issue or a delivery system issue. Remove return & supply from carbs. Air chuck a small amount of psi in return line, gas should flow out the supply line. If it does, open gas cap to stop flow. Prob is carbs, could be pulse line from case is clogged. Did you "leak-down" test the carbs after you re-assembled them?

Did not do a leak down test. Im not sure how to but it was drawing fuel fine before rebuilding them. It just seems that they arent sealing properly.

Read the Sticky at forum top and watch the Videos. Gas supply goes on lowest nipples. Out the top. Maybe just connected to wrong nipples.
